One of two remaining Americans in the highly publicized child custody case in Haiti has been ordered released.

A judge in Haiti on Monday ordered the release of Charisa Coulter, who along Laura Silsby had remained in custody on charges of child kidnapping for over a month. Eight others were recently freed of the charge.

Coulter left the judicial police headquarters for the airport to leave for the United States leaving only Silsby, the group`s leader, remains in jail.

The ten of the Idaho-based non-profit Christian group New Life Children`s Refuge missionaries were detained on January 29th, weeks after the January 12th earthquake, while attempting to cross the border with the 33 children into the Dominican Republic without proper documents. They were later charged with child abduction and criminal association.
